This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refunds, and modifications for all services offered by Turquaz Group, including tour packages, visa assistance, and training programmes.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
By proceeding with any payment or booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation & Refund Policy in full.
This policy forms an integral part of the service agreement between the client and Turquaz Group.
1. Tour Package Cancellations
1.1 Before Visa Application
- Cancellations made before the visa application process has commenced are eligible for a full refund, minus a USD 50 administrative fee.
- If the visa pre-assessment process has already started, the visa assistance fee is non-refundable.
1.2 After Visa Application Submission
Once the visa application has been submitted, no cancellation or refund is permitted at this stage.
Clients must wait for the visa outcome.
1.3 Visa Outcome
If Visa is REJECTED:
- Visa assistance fee remains strictly non-refundable
- Tour package fee will be refunded, minus USD 50 administrative fee
If Visa is APPROVED:
The tour package becomes fully non-refundable under any circumstances.
1.4 No-Show / Missed Departure
Failure to attend the tour or missed departure will result in no refund.
2. Visa Assistance Service
- Visa assistance fee is USD 250 + VAT.
- This fee covers consultation, document review, and application support services.
Important Conditions:
- The visa assistance fee is strictly non-refundable once pre-assessment has started.
- Turquaz Group does not guarantee visa approval.
- Any rejection by the Embassy or Consulate does not entitle the applicant to any refund.
2.1 Applicant Declaration
By proceeding with the application, the applicant confirms that all submitted documents and information are true, accurate, and complete.
In case of false, misleading, or incomplete information, the application will be immediately terminated. No refund will be issued under any circumstances, including both visa assistance and tour package fees.
3. Training Programme Cancellations
- 41-60 days before programme start: 90% refund (10% administrative deduction)
- 21-40 days before programme start: 50% refund
- Less than 21 days: Non-refundable
- No-show: Non-refundable
Note: Customized or private training programmes may have separate cancellation terms.
4. Modifications & Date Changes
- Date change requests are subject to availability.
- Any price difference will be communicated to the client.
- Changes are confirmed only upon client approval of revised costs.
- No date changes are permitted after visa approval.
5. Force Majeure
Turquaz Group shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:
- War or regional conflict
- Government travel restrictions
- Changes in visa regulations
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Natural disasters
- Airline cancellations or disruptions
In such cases, clients may be offered alternative dates, travel credit, or refund (case-dependent).
6. Cancellation Request Process
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: info@turquaztour.com
- Requests must include the booking reference number.
- Cancellations are effective only when acknowledged by Turquaz Group.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Bank charges and currency differences are the client's responsibility.
