About This Programme
The International Michelin-Level Culinary Executive Program is a six-month professional gastronomy formation designed to produce globally employable culinary professionals trained under European standards and Michelin-level discipline.
This program combines 960 hours of structured curriculum, dual-phase Turkish & International cuisine mastery, real restaurant immersion, and executive chef mentorship.
Program Director
Chef Murat Bozok — Michelin-Trained Executive Chef. Culinary Arts degree from Johnson & Wales University (USA). Michelin-star kitchen training under Chef Joel Robuchon and Chef Gordon Ramsay. MasterChef Turkey Jury Member.
Curriculum Structure — 960 Hours
Phase I (Weeks 1-12): Turkish Culinary Mastery — Professional kitchen systems, recipe standardization, Turkish regional cuisines (soups, olive oil dishes, kebabs, pastries, desserts), cost engineering.
Phase II (Weeks 13-24): International Cuisine — European, Mediterranean, Asian, Middle Eastern, American cuisines. Menu planning, plating, modern techniques, live restaurant service.
